Notes from the Owner: Our family has been coming to Maui for over 30 years and we have never found a vacation condo to compare with the special ambience we find here at the Maalaea Surf. It holds a very special place in our hearts. It has a very tropical Hawaiian atmosphere with only 60 two story apartments spread over five acres, 80 palm trees, 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 shuffleboard courts, and 8 gas barbecues. We enjoy over 700 ft. of frontage on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches you will find anywhere. It's an excellent swimming beach extending several miles in either direction. Our 2 bdrm apartment is well appointed and specious at over 1,000 sq. ft. and has just undergone an extensive remodel, adding new tile floors, granite counters, new cabinets, appliances, and more. A sliding window wall opens from our living room onto a large 20 ft. wide terrace offering a spectacular view of the ocean, the pool, swaying palms, the lush lawns and tropical landscaping. It's a great spot for whale watching and to enjoy the beautiful sunsets Maui is famous for. The apartment is fully air conditioned, has two paddle fans, a new 47 inch flatscreen TV, and high speed internet.
