Thank you for a great stay (in april) at makena surf c103. The service provided was exceptional. After we arrived, I called about half way from the airportand spoke to the woman who would be meeting us and she was terrific and helpful - she got us through the gate, met us at our place and had an awesome sense of aloha. A day into our stay I was having difficulty accessing the wi-fi and called your office. The level of response was amazing - a representative came out immediately and dealt with the problem, even setting up a wi-fi "hotspot" device to tide me over until the Time Warner Pacific people came later in the week. The housekeeping was very nice as well. It was a beautiful condo and a great stay, made all the better by your really exceptional service - thanks so much.

This unit is absolutely wonderful. The oceanfront location (you are right on the beach!), the 180 panoramic view of the sea and the convenient location say it all. It's very well kept as well. There's a canoe club right beside the building, we joined the club one morning and did some paddling. That was so much fun. Management company was really professional and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

This was one of the best vacation rental property we had ever been in. The property and the unit (G-201)were "awesome". Very clean and well maintained. The view from the lanai was "awesome". Every one from the property maintenance crew and to the house keepers were fantastic. We will surely be back again. Thanks ali'i Resort for making it happen. My family and I really enjoyed our time here. Thanks again.

Staff members at the resort were very friendly. The rental agency was quick to resolve any issues that came up. The Condo was clean, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to visit again soon.

Great condo...well decorated,the kitchen had every little gadget that could ever be required for cooking; bedrooms well appointed for 4. The view was forever, and amazing whatever time of day. Access to beach perfect, spent early hours with coffee, just walking and walking, then late afternoon swimming. Getting anywhere on the island was very simple. Needed a bit of assistance from resort management, and they were right on top of everything..they even checked in occassionally to see how we were doing...fine, thank you. Hope to be back for more than a week within the year.

This was the best vacation our family has had. The unit had lots of room and was well equipped; very clean. Great view of the ocean. Location is ideal with beautiful beach 50 yards away, great pool and walking distance proximity to Shops at Wailea make it ideal. The beach has good snorkeling and we saw turtles on two occasions. The surrounding properties are well kept and help give the resort feel. The Ali'i staff was immediately responsive to any questions or requests. We plan to return next year.

Such an amazing place to Honeymoon!!! loved the island and what a beautiful place to come home too! Sugar beach was amazing! Great location, quiet but close to everything!! Beautifully decorated condo with amazing kitchen and awesome patio view! Can't say enough good things about it!!!

For our 10th anniversay, we spent 14 days in the wonderful paradise of Elua 1204. A combination of outstanding views, closeness to the ideal beach, within eyesite of a really great snorkel site, 60 seconds to a wonderful, relaxing pool, and a short walk to several first rate restaurants. We mixed days of pure relaxation, with exciting day trips to Haleakala, Hana, Molokini, and Kapalua. We've made 5 trips to Hawaii, and this is the most fabulous condo we've stayed in yet!

We stayed here for 6 nights and were very happy with the condo and the ali'i resorts management staff. I would definitely stay here again if I need another 2 bedroom condo. The condo is a 3 minute walk from Ulua beach and another 3 minute walk from the shops at Wailea. Perfect location to the Wailea resorts for fine dining or a 5 minute drive into Kihei town for cheap eats. The condo came stocked with Weber grill, beach amenities such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. The condo was clean and nicely furnished and would recommend.

Thank you for the excellent service and outstanding room. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. Each morning we were greated by the soothing sounds of the ocean. Ed and I always know that if we had concerns or questions, we could call the attentive staff of All'i Resorts, Raechelle, Ky. We would definately choose and recommend you.

I did not know what to expect coming here for the first time on our honeymoon. You hear from friends and family who have been to Maui how great it is but still, you have to experience it from a beautiful condo facing the ocean like this. First thing you do is drop your bags and open the huge sliding glass doors to the balcony and just breath in that ocean air. In that moment we both realized that there is no place in the world that we would rather be. After exploring the island for a while we also realize that we are in the center of everything. There is not many places like this in all of Maui. The beach just outside your door in Kihei is one of the best for swimming and sunset walks with your love one(s). Honestly our overall experience is hard to put in to words. I guess that's what they mean when they say aloha spirit, you just feel it here.

After a four year interruption, this was now our family's 5th summer vacation trip to Kamaole Nalu. It's even better than before with the Ali'i management at the helm. This is a very nice unit and you can still hear the ocean breaking on shore at night. 12 days not enough, we will stay a bit longer next time.

Perfect! The pool(s) were well kept---loved the spa!Terrific location---nice to have some space around---enjoyed the Waliea walkway. Great service from the ali'i Resort Staff as well as our friends who came and cleaned up the unit. Mahalo!

Perfect for our family gathering! What a nice property. We enjoyed the view, location, the large grassy area to play games and a fabulous unit. The smaller condo complex made it very comfortable to let the kids play, relax, and visit with other folks, especially at the nightly sunset gatherings. The units were well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, Bbqing, etc. We will definately be back! Aloha

What a View! My husband and I, along with some dear friends, spent 12 days enjoying this lovely home with a fanastic ocean view. We hardly moved our car. We left our condo heading in one of two directions. The lovely beachwalk was a starter to each day and led to some early morning breakfasts at Longhi's in the shopping center just past the Marriott. Later in the day we would head down the sandy Ulua beach, to the next beach, then the next one and on it went for a mile or two. In the evening we would walk to the shopping center for after dinner ice cream. The barbecue on the deck increased our desire to do most of our own cooking. The condo was more than adequately filled with all we needed, including games, movies, music. The cleaning staff was excellent and we particulary enjoyed the nice plush towels at the end of a long day. The kitchen has more than our homes and the dining table was a stop for a bridge game in the evenings. We all totally loved this spot and will definitely return to this unit. Thank you sooo much

Best vacation in Maui! We had a lovely condo at Elua Village. Ali'i Resorts did a wonderful job with the booking and taking care of us during our stay. We will definitely return to this condo!

Awesome Location and excellent cutsomer service. My wife and I go to Maui usually about once a year and stay in Wailea. This was our first time using ali'i resorts and they were awesome. The customer service was great from my initial contact, reservation and continued stay in Maui. We will definately use ali'i resorts for our future reservations.

Great place in paradise. Very satisfied with our ten day stay in Kihei Beach #603. This place made us feel at home, very nicely appointed condo unit, great kitchen and bath, beautiful decor. Location, location!, this place is near almost everything, including farmer's market just across the street!. Very tranquil settings, after great sunsets everyday, the shuffling of the coconut trees laves,, right in front, and the calming sound of the surf, just below, will make your soul surrender to the beauty of it all.

Absolute Perfection - And I'm tough to please !" I had never been to Hawaii or rented a condo before, but I am almost impossible to please (or so I'm told). So to say I had some trepidation about renting something sight unseen would be an understatement. That was until we walked into condo #604.
The first impression was that this was a well cared-for condo that was impeccably clean. I wanted to find something that would validate my suspicions, but everywhere I turned I was met with one pleasant surprise after another. Every bit of the condo was clean, equipped and upgraded with quality items and furnishings. Even the outside, where you would expect to see cobwebs on the light fixtures or dirty common areas - Nothing! These guys are serious about keeping ahead of things.
The kids (age 13 and 8) loved being able to run down onto the beaches (take your pick, 2 are out front both slightly different). They also like having their own bedroom with an iHome to plug their iPod into. Great insight into the details that appeal to kids!
So while first impressions didn't disappoint, neither did 2nd, 3rd or 4th! Then came the real treat - epic customer service.
Our red-eye flight left late enough to make it worth renting an additional night on our last day that we wouldn't necessarily use, instead of opting for the late check out. When that flight canceled at the last minute we were stunned. On the long-shot chance we might reach somebody at ali'i Resorts, we called. Our distress melted away when we were greeted with a warm and friendly offer to come out on a Saturday night and let us ( wife and 2 kids all bone tired) back into the condo so we wouldn't have to find a hotel with all the other stranded passengers. The friendly voice on the other end of the line made all the difference. The management knows who she is and I hope they know how valuable she is to their company. The epitome of good customer service.
This condo was a fantastic value. I am willing to spend money, but I won't waste it. Whatever the folks at the Royal Mauian ans ali'i Resorts are doing, keep doing it!
If you decide to rent this condo, take good care of it because we plan to be back.

Alii Resorts - true Customer Service. Alii Resorts is by far one of the best managment companies in the business. I would not waste your time with a travel agent when it deals with Maui. Alii Resorts team was simply amazing and made our beautiful location/accomadations even better!!!

"This condo unit is fantastic! Great views of the surf & beach. We have never stayed in such a well appointed condo. The kitchen has everything we could ever need. Terri from Alii was most gracious & welcoming upon our arrival. Great snorkeling right off the beach. I've never written a review before but I am so impressed I must share!! Will stay here again!!"

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous Maui vacation! We want to thank all at Ali'i Resorts for your superb service and attentiveness! Your quick response to any and all questions both prior to our arrival and during our stay made us feel secure in our selection of agent!

You were welcoming in emails, and equally so upon our arrival with the personal greeting at our condo! The phone call from your office to check on our accommodations after arrival, as well as the call the day before our check out were a great personal touch!

When we went to your office to print our boarding passes, we enjoyed the hospitality of the office staff. You certainly do represent the "Aloha Spirit" of Maui! If ever we are fortunate enough to visit Hawaii again, you will be the first place that we call! Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to write a personal thank you.

Our thanks to Ali'i Resorts for the great condo. It was very comfortable, clean, equipped, safe, quiet, and convenient. The location made it easy to explore wonderful Maui. The view from the lanai was awesome. We have many sunset photos to enjoy. The kitchen was very well equipped and made it easy for us to cook meals there and up on the Rooftop Garden. It was terrific to be able to grill fresh Ahi and watch the sunset. We will be requesting to stay at the same condos for our next visit.

Special thanks to Carnie Jappart. She made us feel so welcome and we came home knowing we had made a friend. From the moment she greeted us with open arms to stopping by to say goodbye made us feel special. Her organizational skills were excellent for booking snorkel trips and luaus. Her information about the island was invaluable. She let us know good restaurants, snorkel places, where to buy fresh fish, best luau, and what not to miss on the island. Carnie enhanced our Maui visit - it would not have been the wonderful experience without her. Carnie is a Jewel. We'll not only be booking again thru her, but also recommending her to our friends.
