Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua Village is a gated air-conditioned property that includes two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, beachfront pavilion with barbeques, putting green, paddle tennis court and free private parking. The spacious interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local and long distance phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali’i Resorts. Housekeeping services are included at this resort property. Guests will receive a clean and exchange of all amenities and linens on every 3rd day. Housekeeping services can happen from 8:30am-4:30pm. All days in between are towel drop.

We've stocked our condo with all the comforts of home including flat-screen TV's, office space, a fully stocked kitchen complete with granite countertops and a wine fridge with plenty of space for all your favorite wines.

You can choose to enjoy the BBQ among friends at the poolside pavilion or have your own private BBQ on our generously sized lanai. We invite you to enjoy our Maui home as we do! Maui hospitality awaits you at Wailea Elua #307.

Luxury with great athmosfere

Beautiful scenery, great apartments, super nice service, excellent walkways and running possobilities, perfect beaches, shopping center closeby

Lovely property

Management service was very good. We booked on fairly short notice with no issues and good communication. Staff were helpful with questions we had about an upcoming excursion. An internet problem was fixed immediately. The room was serviced every day to move in levels. Lovely condo; spotless, well furnished and very well equipped. There is a large, private, wrap around lanai with nice views towards the water. Very nice and warm pool, tennis court and putting green. Beautiful grounds. Great beach with waves that varied from quiet enough to snorkel in the reef in the morning to wavy enough in the afternoon to body surf/boogie board. Great for kids. Shopping mall next door. Golf courses nearby. We stayed in 3 places in Maui and this was our favourite (this home, the Grand Wailea and another hotel in Kihei). Very spacious, quiet (except for the morning birds - we got used to them quickly), private and well equipped. Even the kids enjoyed this location the most (even with the pool at the Grand Wailea providing good competition). Thank you for a lovely stay.

Quiet,Spacious with expansive view

We could not have been happier with Wailea Elua. Fantastic beach and private pool. We loved spending a few hours on beach then spraying off the sand and eating lunch at the pool. So nice to have a refrigerator by the pool to keep lunch cool. Nice view for the price. Maid service daily was an added bonus.

Wailea Elua # 307

We have stayed at the Elua many times and have found unit 307# to be delightful for a family of 6. The layout is perfect for two couples and children also. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beach chairs came in very handy! The ali'i Resort couldn't have been any more helpful. Beginning with our greeting, to housekeeping and saying goodbye they were top notch!! We had a wonderful time with our family and will return again, hopefully sooner than later! Thank you ali"i for all you did to make sure our trip was hassle free!

Loved Elua 307

We loved the unit--extremely comfortable, clean and incredibly well-stocked with kitchen ware, books, games, music, towels, beach gear, etc. Beautifully decorated, it really felt like home. We enjoyed the beach, pool pavilion, putting green, and private cabana-ettes overlooking the beach (perfect sunset spots). The grounds are gorgeously planted and maintained. Our only complaint--and out of the control of the owners and alii--was the nearby andaz construction noise got pretty bad a couple days. Grinding or cutting stone, I think. Should be done soon, though, and then it will be perfect paradise!

Definitely want to go back

Wailea Elua #307 is a little slice of paradise! These condos are a gem nestled alongside one of the best beaches on Maui. We were in the ocean every day, and also experienced some awesome snorkeling. Great value considering the high-priced resorts right next door...if you crave resort hustle and bustle, it is all within walking distance, and accessible via the ocean path- (outstanding morning walks here, great pictures). The owners of #307 have thought of everything, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, we really felt at home! This condo has a wonderful covered lanai, and a better-than-advertised ocean view. We will recommend to family and friends, a great way to sample South Maui...we want to go back!


This was one of two condos we rented for the week before Christmas. It is a spacious, recently re-furbished unit with a wrap-around deck and a bonus study/office space. It has lovely ocean views, and while not on the famous green grass of the Elua, there is plenty of outdoor space provided by the large deck area. It is an easy walk to the beach and main pool area. We will definitely request this unit for future stays.

Amazing Stay

Wailea is the nicest place to stay on Maui if you can afford to stay in the area. Usually its cost prohibitive especially when we had 3 adults and 2 children in our party and needed a 2 bedroom place. Wailea Elua #307 was amazing. Huge Lanai with table for outdoor eating, ground floor entrance for easy access, garden path off lanai for easy trips to pool and ocean, amazing gardening and landscaping. The area is gaited and there is always an attendant there to answer questions. They don't make you check in our out at a main counter its all left for you in the unit. This unit was fully furnished and had its own BBQ. We were able to make all of our meals right there. Daily room service was great. Property has two pools and hot tub. The larger pool by the ocean has rec area and tables. Beach is great, not as crowded as others in area, great snorkeling, and easy entry/exit. This unit has a sleeper couch that my kids were comfortable on and an extra dresser in the hall they used for their clothes, also an outdoor bin with snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs, and all kinds of pool and beach toys. Where you stay can easily make or break your trip and this unit made our trip wonderful for sure. Don't hesitate to book you won't be disappointed.

Amazing, clean and roomy!

Absolutley loved our time at Wailea Elus condo 307! From the time I called to make reservations to the last day of our trip we were treated extremely well. The condo was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. There were cleaning ladies there everyday and the condo was always spotlesss when they left. We even recieved a call from Kai on the last day to follow up on how our stay was. Excellent customer service-We will definitely be back again. Thanks to Kai and all the staff at ali'l Resorts for making our stay there perfect! Alos, thanks to the condo owners for maintaining such a beautiful condo.

More than expected

Our first time with Condo. This unit was clean and well equipped with good quality items. Everything was spacious and well laid out. The view from patio was excellent and walk to beach was easy. The beach was outstanding and snorkeling was really good as well. This is ideal spot for families. Beach is mild compared to others we have experienced amoungest the islands but also has spots that are great for the boogie boarding crowd (so not to mild). The shops/stores are really near by so no problems there. Would definately do again and have recommended to others. The ali'l group was a pleasure to deal with, no problems there. Gentleman who met us at condo was very pleasant and got us settled quickly. No surprises

Great Condo with all the amenities and steps away from the beach

We stayed here for 6 nights and were very happy with the condo and the ali'i resorts management staff. I would definitely stay here again if I need another 2 bedroom condo. The condo is a 3 minute walk from Ulua beach and another 3 minute walk from the shops at Wailea. Perfect location to the Wailea resorts for fine dining or a 5 minute drive into Kihei town for cheap eats. The condo came stocked with Weber grill, beach amenities such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. The condo was clean and nicely furnished and would recommend.

Magical Maui at Wailea Elua #307

Our check-in to the complex was very easy and well managed. We arrived to Elua #307 in the evening and everything was well lit and opened up for our move-in. What a surprise to wake up the next morning to a huge Lanai and a beautiful view of the landscaping and ocean backdrop. This unit was listed as a partial view but we were surprise and thrilled that it had a really great sight line to the ocean through the beautiful vegetation in the gardens and park area's. The home is starting to show some wear and tear and that's why we only gave it a 3 due to the fact that the beds have lost some of there comfort, although it is hard to sleep too late, due to the early sunrises. We had an incident where the water line to the ice maker had a leak and we came home to a bit of a water! We called the ali'i after hours line and they were there in 15 min. The service was exemplary. This is a place that we will be returning to.

We Loved Elua 307!

We were getting married at the newer pool pavilion at Elua Village. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very accomodating. I will definitely be renting from ali'i resorts again. My entire experience with them from my original phone call to check-out was just absolutely amazing. I am so happy! The grounds at Elua are beautiful. And while some of our guests were concerned about the "quiet hours" They aren't super stuffy at the Elua. Plus everything is so serene, you want to be quiet and relaxed anyway. We were definitely a rowdy bunch and security would come by and ask us to be quiet and we would. They never threatened us or called the cops or made us feel like we didn't belong. They were very kind and cordial. We appreciated it very much! Thank you ali'i and Elua!

  • Check-in time is 3:00pm / Check-out time is 11:00am.
  • Confirmed reservations will receive a letter of confirmation with a reservation number.
  • All units are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • All rates are subject to 14.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax and are based on Standard Occupancy.
  • A 3-night deposit is required at time of booking. (Check deposits within 7 days of booking. All payments must be in US Dollars.)
  • Guest is responsible for the effects of changes in exchange rate and all fees. Refunds will not be issued due to exchange rate changes.
  • Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights).  Your final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the appropriate due date unless auto-charge is declined.
  • All reservations are subject to a Guest Service Fee which may include but is not limited to home and/or complex services and amenities such as parking, applicable property fees and applicable cleaning costs.
  • Applicable cleaning fees will be added for stays less than 5 nights.
  • An Early Check In or Late Check-Out may be available at 50% of non-discounted daily rate.
  • Christmas/New Year’s reservations are not subject to normal discounts and minimum nights are required based on unit size. A 10 night minimum is required on 1 bedroom units and a 14 night minimum is required on 2 and 3 bedroom units.
  • Long-Stay Reservations: Any stay 28 nights or longer requires a deposit equaled to 25% of the total value of the reservation. Final prepayment is due 120 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New Year’s, 120+ days for Long-Stay). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights) or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.
  • Approved refunds will be remitted via check only and mailed to the address on file.
  • Standard Occupancy is the base number of persons allowed per dwelling unit based on standard bedding and restrictions. 1-Bedroom (2 people), 2-Bedroom (4 people), 3-Bedroom (6 people). Additional person(s) charge of $20 plus tax per person per night above standard occupancy using standard bedding to a maximum occupancy of: 1-Bedroom (4 people), 2-Bedroom (6 people), and 3-Bedroom (8 people). Children 12 and under are free (extra person fee does not apply), but are counted towards maximum occupancy.
  • Accidental Property Damage Waiver: Accidental Property Damage Waiver affords protection to guests for accidental breakage or damage to the individual rental home up to a maximum of $1000. Damage must be reported by the guest to the Ali’i Resorts office prior to departure. Damage not reported by guests will not be covered by Accidental Property Damage Waiver and the guest will be responsible for any damages incurred. Cost is $40 + tax and is non-refundable. This waiver protection is added to the rent unless guest opt-out/decline protection in writing on Rental Agreement. If you choose to deny the damage waiver, you will be charged a refundable $400 cash security deposit.
  • Guest is responsible for all phone charges exceeding local standard service.
  • All guests are required to complete the registration form within 24 hours of arrival with Ali’i Resorts and, if required, register with the property. Failure to complete the registration form may result in immediate eviction.
  • All guests are required to abide by the Rules of the vacation rental property.
  • Owner and /or Ali’i Resorts and /or hired vendors of Owner/Alii Resorts may enter property with 24-hour notice to tenants occupying unit (except during scheduled cleanings and emergencies) to perform necessary repairs or maintenance, inspect unit or show unit, if necessary.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC reserves the right to change your condominium accommodation due to repairs, condo owner use and acts of God. If this should happen, Ali’i Resorts, LLC will make efforts to provide you with another condominium of equal or greater value at the same rate you were paying, or refund the difference for a lower rate condominium, or allow cancellation of your reservation without a cancellation penalty.
  • Guests and other parties involved with the reservation, including but not limited to, travel agents or online travel agents, hereby agree to verify all reservation details including, but not limited to, the accuracy of the rate, applicable fees, condominium complex, and condominium unit number specified in the reservation confirmation.  Ali’i Resorts is not responsible for any third party’s failure to display or provide current photos of the property.  The most current photos are located at www.AliiResorts.com
