Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua Village is a gated air-conditioned property that includes two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, beachfront pavilion with barbeques, putting green, paddle tennis court and free private parking. The spacious interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local and long distance phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali’i Resorts. Housekeeping services are included at this resort property. Guests will receive a clean and exchange of all amenities and linens on every 3rd day. Housekeeping services can happen from 8:30am-4:30pm. All days in between are towel drop.

Reservation Policy

  • Check-in time is 3:00pm / Check-out time is 11:00am.
  • Valid identification and matching valid accepted credit card required at the time of check-in.
  • Confirmed reservations will receive a letter of confirmation with a reservation number.
  • All units are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • All rates are subject to 14.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax and are based on Standard Occupancy.
  • A 3-night deposit is required at time of booking for reservations under 28 nights. (Check deposits within 7 days of booking. All payments must be in US Dollars.) A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking for reservations of 28 or more nights. Final payment for 28+ night stays is due 120 days before arrival.
  • Additional cleaning fees will be added for stays less than 5 nights, when applicable.
  • Guest is responsible for the effects of changes in exchange rate and all fees. Refunds will not be issued due to exchange rate changes.
  • Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights). Your final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the appropriate due date unless auto-charge is declined.
  • All reservations are subject to a Guest Service Fee which includes WiFi (when available), parking, local phone calls, applicable property fees and applicable cleaning costs.
  • An Early Check In or Late Check-Out may be available at 50% of non-discounted daily rate.
  • Christmas/New Year’s reservations are not subject to normal discounts and minimum nights are required based on unit size. A 10 night minimum is required on 1 bedroom units and a 14 night minimum is required on 2 and 3 bedroom units.
  • Long-Stay Reservations: Any stay 28 nights or longer requires a deposit equaled to 25% of the total value of the reservation. Final prepayment is due 120 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New Year’s, 120+ days for Long-Stay). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights) or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.
  • Approved refunds will be remitted via check only and mailed to the address on file.
  • Standard Occupancy is the base number of persons allowed per dwelling unit based on standard bedding and restrictions. 1-Bedroom (2 people), 2-Bedroom (4 people), 3-Bedroom (6 people). Additional person(s) charge of $20 plus tax per person per night above standard occupancy using standard bedding to a maximum occupancy of: 1-Bedroom (4 people), 2-Bedroom (6 people), and 3-Bedroom (8 people). Children 12 and under are free (extra person fee does not apply), but are counted towards maximum occupancy.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC is not responsible for childproofing accommodations.
  • Accidental Property Damage Waiver: Accidental Property Damage Waiver affords protection to guests for accidental breakage or damage to the individual rental home up to a maximum of $1000. Damage must be reported by the guest to the Ali’i Resorts office prior to departure. Damage not reported by guests will not be covered by Accidental Property Damage Waiver and the guest will be responsible for any damages incurred. Cost is $40 + tax and is non-refundable. This waiver protection is added to the rent unless guests optout/decline protection in writing on Rental Agreement. If you choose to deny the damage waiver, you will be charged a refundable $400 cash security deposit.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC is not responsible for the retrieval and return of lost and found items.
  • Guest is responsible for all phone charges exceeding local standard service and/or additional ordered cable charges.
  • All guests are required to complete the registration form within 24 hours of arrival with Ali’i Resorts, LLC and, if required, register with the property. Failure to complete the registration form may result in immediate eviction.
  • Owner and /or Ali’i Resorts, LLC and /or hired vendors of Owner/Alii Resorts, LLC may enter property with 24-hour notice to tenants occupying unit (except during scheduled cleanings and emergencies) to perform necessary repairs or maintenance, inspect unit or show unit, if necessary.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC reserves the right to change your condominium accommodation due to repairs, condo owner use and acts of God. If this should happen, Ali’i Resorts, LLC will make efforts to provide you with another condominium of equal or greater value at the same rate you were paying, or refund the difference for a lower rate condominium, or allow cancellation of your reservation without a cancellation penalty.
  • Guests and other parties involved with the reservation, including but not limited to, travel agents or online travel agents, hereby agree to verify all reservation details including, but not limited to, the accuracy of the rate, applicable fees, condominium complex, and condominium unit number specified in the reservation confirmation. Ali’i Resorts, LLC is not responsible for any third party’s failure to display or provide current photos of the property or for variation in 3rd party posted rates. Still the best 1BR condo in Wailea

My wife & I stayed at Elua #1402 from 5/31-6/7/14. This was our second stay in 1402 and we will undoubtedly be back. The unit is very well located within the complex as it has unobstructed ocean views and is (literally) a 2 minute walk to Ulua Beach. The unit's bathroom had been remodeled since our 1st stay in 2012 and the balance of the condo, including the king size bed, kitchen, living room & lanai was clean & very comfortable. The grounds are lush and well maintained. You'll see other reviews of Elua condos where the guests arrived & found unacceptable conditions due to the condo owner's neglect, thin walls and other problems. These conditions weren't present in either of our stays in Unit 1402. If you want to rent a 1BR condo where you don't have to worry what you're going to find when you get to Maui, this is the unit for you.

Perfect holiday in a wonderful resort in an exceptional condo.

Our family holiday had been planned for a year. We had a number of requirements to check off including, great beach, swimming pool, work out room, access to shops, ability to walk to venues and to have comfort in our unit where we could gather as a family for meals while enjoying the views of the beach and ocean. This location met all of our goals.

Great Vacation

This is our third vacation that we have spent at Elua Village in unit #1402. It is very clean, with an updated kitchen and bath. The unit is in a great location with the beach and beach walkway close by. Great sunsets,snorkeling,beach walks, and shoping that are all withing walking distance. We look forward to returning. Fabulous Condo

We have stayed in the Wailea Elua condos a couple of times. This particular condo just had a complete bathroom remodel-it is beautiful. All the furnishings are perfect and new, the bed is extremely comfy and the view is one of the best in the complex. It is the perfect location and just steps away from the beautiful Elua beach with snorkeling, paddle boards and live turtles.

1402 was Excellent!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The check-in process went smoothly, but best of all, the unit was extremely well maintained and had a great view. It was so close to the ocean we could hear the waves at night and the birds in the morning. We will be back here again.

Best Oceanfront Condo in Wailea

My wife and I stayed at Wailea Elua 1402 from 5/27/12 to 6/4/12. We have stayed in Wailea during nearly 10 vacation trips over the past 20+ years, at the former Stouffers Resort & Renaissance Resorts and the Kea Lani. This year's stay topped them all. Elua 1402's location, at the north end of the Wailea Beach Walk, is ideal. The beach walk is a great amenity which people use for exercise, a leisurely walk and for to access to the restaurants, spas and other at the nearby resorts, neighboring beaches, snorkeling spots and The Shops at Wailea. Sure was nice to take a short walk to dinner and have that 2nd mai tai knowing that we were walking home! Unit 1402 was perfect for our needs. Its an oceanfront 1BR 1BA unit located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building with unobstructed ocean views from every room (except the bathroom). It has a king bed and all the amenities that we needed (e.g. well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, hair dryer, steam iron, TV, DVR, iPod dock, comfortable living room furniture, interior kitchen table, lanai with table & chairs (where we ate breakfast every morning), lounge chairs (where we spent some time nearly every day) and gas grill, a quiet AC unit that keeps the condo cool & dry, beach chairs, daily housekeeping (clean-up, trash removal, soap, shampoo & towel replacement) & sheets changed every 3 days. Elua's grounds are nicely maintained and there was plenty of parking available adjacent to the unit. Unit 1402 is located about 100 yards from the Ulua Beach, which is a great beach for swimming, snorkeling & diving. While Ulua Beach is a public beach that's about 200 yards long, the south half might as well be Wailea Elua's private beach because it doesn't get much use from anyone else. In addition, there is a grassy knoll overlooking the south end of Ulua Beach that has lounge chairs with cushions and canopies which is for the exclusive use of Elua residents and guests (gate requires an unlock code). The reef at the north end of the beach is used by a variety of people for snorkeling, diving, etc. and it was great to be able to walk to this portion of the beach to snorkel or just hang out. And its less than 5 minutes round trip if you forgot something at the condo! BTW, shortly after making our reservation, the owner's property manager sent us a notification that the Andaz Resort (former Renaissance; adjacent to & north of Elua) is under construction & our stay may be inconvenienced with noise from the construction site. We were not inconvenienced at all by the construction. Unit 1402 is in the "middle" of Elua so there are several other Elua buildings that act as a buffer. Also, the lanai for unit 1402 is almost totally on the south side of the building, which created an additional buffer. As a result, we were not disturbed by construction noise inside or outside the unit. We were able to hear construction noise when we were at the north end of Ulua Beach, however it was no bother. We highly recommend Elua 1402 for your next vacation in Maui. We'll be staying there again!

Excellent Condo

Great location and one of the best stays in Maui. Very convenient for those who like the beach and pool.

Spectacular location

This was our 7th time at 1402 and obviously we hate it. Ha Ha! The views from the lanai are spectacular and the grounds are beautifully kept. The pool area is really relaxing and the protected cove right off the beach is wonderful with great snorkeling. There's lots of golf nearby, use golfnow.com to get better rates. You don't have to go far to find great meals with many choices in cuisine and price points. We usually eat in at the condo several nights, but didn't this time due to time constraints. Tv and wireless access are great. We'll be back next year because we hate it so much.

This is our third time staying at the Elua and our first in unit 1402. We couldn't have asked for a better location. What a fabulous condominium. The view was gorgeous and we could hear the waves. The wind blew through the doors when they were open and the lanai was perfect for napping and reading. Additionally, the kitchen was remodeled and very well equipped. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Can't be Beat

This is my third time staying at Elua 1402 and I'll be back again! Everything is simply top notch--from the accomodations to the amenities to the absolutely stunning location at the premier spot on Maui.

Paradise Found

This is Paradise. Meticulously kept grounds and condo place you in the state of relaxation that you need. Quiet beach draws you into the water for snorkeling or just bobbing up and down in the surf. The condo is beautiful and provides a great place to watch the sunsets. (You may never leave the Lanai.) Location is removed from the hustle and bustle, but you are only minutes from Kihei or large resorts (Marriott and Grand Wailea) if you want to spend some time at a party scene or time at a spa. Nearby golfing is outstanding and all parts of the island are easily accessible. The Management Company makes check in easy, and they do a great job keeping the condo clean and comfortable while you are there. Choose to stay at 1402 Eula Village. You won't regret it!

Beautiful Condo - Best Location!

We have visited Maui for many years. This is the best property we have ever stayed at. We would highly recommend staying not only on this property but also in this unit. The view is amazing. The place is very clean and the owners have provided everything for a very comfortable stay.

Wailea Elua

Great views and location. The pools and grounds of the condo were immaculate. 2 minutes to the beach provided great convenience. #1402 had plenty of space and amenities.

Awesome Honeymoon Location

What a wonderful condo unit to stay in. You can sit on the lanai and watch the sunset drinking your Mai Tai (we did it alot). Alli Resorts were very helpful. On our fist morning we wanted to enjoy the Kona coffee we bought and the coffee pot didn't work. They were there quickly with a new pot. The staff even gave us the name of someone to do a massage inside the condo.

2nd Time at Elua 1402 - Love It

A wonderful condo for one couple - beautiful accommodation, view, comfort. Will come again
