You'll be surrounded by the luxury of specialty shops, tennis courts, lush landscaping and excellent restaurants. However, if staying in is your preference, you'll find our condo has plenty of room and comfort for your whole party. The choice is yours. A flat screen Smart TV with online streaming capability in the living room and a 46" flat screen TV in the master bedroom will accommodate your entertainment needs. Ali’i Resorts Reservation Policy

Check-In / Check-Out Times

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM / Check-out time is 10:00 AM
  • Valid identification and matching valid accepted credit card required at the time of check-in.
  • All guests are required to complete the registration form within 24 hours of arrival with Ali’i Resorts, LLC and, if required, register with the property. Failure to complete the registration form may result in access code deactivation and/or immediate eviction.


  • Confirmed reservations will receive a letter of confirmation with a reservation number after the signing of the E-signature document.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • All rates are subject to 14.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax as required by law and are based on Standard Occupancy.
  • A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking for reservations under 28 nights. (Check deposits within 7 days of booking. All payments must be in US dollars.)
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX credit card payments.
  • Payments made by check/ACH will receive a 2% discount off the gross rent of the reservation (Deposit AND Final Payments must be made by check/ACH to receive the discount). All ACH payments will require a signed authorization form before your reservation is confirmed.
  • Check payments must be received within 7 days of the date of booking. All check payments must be in US dollars.
  • Long Stay Reservations: Any stay 28 nights or longer requires a deposit equal to 25% of the total value of the reservation.
  • Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights). Your final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the appropriate due date unless auto-charge is declined.
  • All reservations are subject to a Guest Service Fee that may include but are not limited to applicable cleaning and resort fees.
  • Additional cleaning fees will be added for stays less than 5 nights, when applicable.

Property Damage

  • Accidental Property Damage Waiver: Accidental Property Damage Waiver affords protection to guests for accidental reported breakage or damage to the individual rental home up to a maximum of $1000. Damage must be reported by the guest to the Ali’i Resorts office prior to departure. Damage not reported by guests will not be covered by Accidental Property Damage Waiver and the guest will be responsible for any damages incurred. Cost is $40.00 + tax and is non-refundable. This waiver protection is added to the total reservation cost unless guests opt-out/decline protection in writing on Rental Agreement. If you choose to deny the damage waiver, you will be charged a refundable $400 cash security deposit.

Cancellation and Changes

  • A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New Year’s, 120+ days for LongStay). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights) or after arrival date. No refund is available unless space can be rerented. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full. Cancellations are subject to a processing/handling fee.
  • Approved refunds will be remitted via check only and mailed to the address on file.
  • Guest is responsible for the effects of changes in the exchange rate and all fees. Refunds will not be issued due to exchange rate changes.

COVID-19 Exposure

  • An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting the island of Maui, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out

  • An Early Check-In or Late Check-Out may be available at 50% of the non-discounted daily rate on participating condos.


  • Christmas/New Year’s reservations are not subject to normal discounts and minimum nights are required based on unit size. A 10- night minimum is required on 1-bedroom units and a 14-night minimum is required on 2- and 3-bedroom units.

Rental Occupancy

  • Standard Occupancy is the base number of persons allowed per dwelling unit based on standard bedding and restrictions. 1-Bedroom (2 people), 2-Bedroom (4 people), 3-Bedroom (6 people).
  • Additional person(s) charge(s) of $20 plus tax per-person, per-night above standard occupancy using standard bedding to a maximum occupancy of 1-Bedroom (4 people), 2-Bedroom (6 people), and 3-Bedroom (8 people).
  • Children 12 and under are free (extra person fee does not apply) but are counted towards maximum occupancy.
  • All units are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC is not responsible for the retrieval and return of lost and found items. Shipping/handling fees apply for mailing back lost and found items. A minimum charge of $40 plus the cost of shipping applies.
  • Guest is responsible for all phone charges exceeding local standard service and/or additional ordered cable charges.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC is not responsible for childproofing accommodations.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC will communicate with guests as Ali’i Resorts is notified of disruptions to the tenant’s enjoyment due to construction projects, noise at neighboring properties, or interruption in available amenities. Properties are treated professionally for insect control. Additional measures are available upon request. Appliances and electronics which include but are not limited to: air conditioning units, TV’s, DVD players, water heaters, washer/dryers, internet, and
    phone service are known to be in operation upon arrival unless the guest is notified otherwise. The guest accepts that unexpected impacts happen due to construction projects, noise at neighboring properties, interruption in available amenities, insects, failed appliances/electronics, interruptions in utilities including but not limited to the internet may occur and guest agrees to hold Ali’i Resorts/Owner harmless for such incidents. Ali’i Resorts, LLC agrees
    to make good faith efforts to resolve the reported problem as quickly as possible.
  • Owner and /or Ali’i Resorts, LLC, and /or hired vendors of Owner/Alii Resorts, LLC may enter property with 24-hour notice to tenants occupying unit (except during scheduled cleanings and emergencies) to perform necessary repairs or maintenance, inspect unit or show unit, if necessary.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC reserves the right to change guest condominium/home accommodation. In most cases, this is due to repairs, condo owner use, and/or acts of God. If this should happen, Ali’i Resorts, LLC will make good faith efforts to provide you with another condominium/home of equal or greater value at the same
    rate you were paying, or refund the difference for a lower rate condominium/home, or allow cancellation of guest’s reservation without a cancellation penalty.
  • Guests and other parties involved with the reservation, including but not limited to, travel agents or online travel agents, hereby agree to verify all reservation details including, but not limited to, the accuracy of the rate, applicable fees, condominium complex, and condominium unit number specified in the reservation confirmation.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC is not responsible for any third party’s failure to display or provide current photos of the property or for variation in 3rd party posted rates. All 3rd parties are advised to and are responsible for posting accurate rates. Alii Resorts, LLC does not control, nor is responsible for any 3rd party booking site fees. Guest & Ali’i Resorts Agreement

  • Guests agree that any disagreements pertaining to this reservation policy will first be attempted to be resolved by good faith negations. Guests and Alii Resorts, LLC agree that if a dispute has not been successfully resolved within 30 days, the matter will be submitted to mediation for resolution in Maui, Hawaii prior to any litigation and any litigation pertaining to this reservation policy will take place exclusively in courts located in Maui County, Hawaii.
  • This reservation policy represents the entire Agreement of the guests and Alii Resorts, LLC, and may be modified only in writing. It will be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and will be binding on a successor, assigns, or devisees. If any provision in this reservation policy is unenforceable, the remaining provisions are valid and enforceable and apply to all occupants within the accommodation.

A little piece of paradise!

Our family loved our stay! The kids enjoyed the pools and we loved our ocean view. We even loved the birds who woke us up each morning. We did the short drive down to Big Beach and ahihi Cove, we also walked down to Uluu beach for some snorkeling. The walk is very nice, but bring water, as the uphill back to the condos is a bit tough. We would recommend this property!

great accomadations, location was perfect. we walked to the beach, the shops, played the old blue. couldn't have had a better time. 6 of us stayed very comfortably in this unit. would definitely recommend this place to anyone. owners and management were excellent. thanks to all of you who made our stay wonderful.

Nice but needs a little TLC

We really enjoyed our stay, but were slightly disappointed overall with our unit. There is a beautiful lanai, but both screen doors barely worked and were constantly jamming. Also, the residents below were out on their lanai smoking quite often so we were unable to sit out on ours as the cigarette smell was very prominent. 2 of the 3 outdoor lanai lights were burnt out as well and we had to call twice and wait 2 days before it was fixed. The complex is very nice and quiet, not ideal or set up much for children (pool signs stating no Noise, toys, etc...). Great location of condo, easy 10 min walk to shops at Wailea.

If you want a wonderful stay in Maui, stay here!!

Since I was the vacation planner for 6 other people beside's myself, I was also charged with finding a suitable place for us to hang our hats at the end of each day. By a stroke of pure luck I happened across the Alii Resorts website. Right from day one, Pat was extremely helpful getting our vacation started. We arrived late at night, and her directions to Wailea Grand Champions (180) were perfect. There was a key in a lock box, and we settled in, exhausted. Because we arrived at night, we didn't see a thing until the morning. What a fantastic way to start a day! We were on the second floor of the condo units, with an unobstructed view of the golf course right beside us, and the ocean to our left. To our right was the pool and hot tub! Our condo was very clean, and gorgeous. It had everything we needed and more. A fully equipped kitchen and bbq availalble pool side. Wailea was wonderful, and we enjoyed shopping in the world class mall (Shops at Wailea) just down the hill from us, as well as dining in the Cheesburger Island style located there...actually, we had breakfast there twice, and it was great. Our condo was kept clean by a very professional staff, and Pat was very good to us when we would call and ask her for some advice about Luau's and the like. We loved every minute of our 2 week stay, and will most definitely book our next stay through Alii Resorts.

Beautiful condo, fealt like home in paradise

We stayed at Wailea Grand Champion #180 for our family vacation at the beginning of July. This condo was beautiful and ali'i resorts staff was so kind and helpful. My boyfriend did not realize that ali'i was also a full service concierge at the time he booked this condo. Barbara was there to greet us when we checked in and made the process so easy. She was amazing and so sweet. Thank you guys for making us feel so welcomed and for making our family vacation the most memorable trip we have ever had!! We will definitely stay with you again next year!

I all I have to say is perfect!!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family and made us feel like a home away from home. It was huge and right on the golf course. Just minutes from the beach and shopping. The pool area was perfect. I think we BBQ almost every night we were there. We got married at secret beach which made this condo the perfect location.We couldnt have asked for anything better. We had a problem with the toilet and ali'i resorts sent someone over immediately to get it fixed. We will definitely stay there again :)

Great stay!

We stayed in March over spring break. We would be happy to stay again in this unit. Location on the golf course is excellent, right next to the pool and bar-b-q area.

Two Weeks In Paradise

The condo was great! We had everything we needed and ali'i Resorts were very helpful. This condo was very spacious we are a family of 6 and had plenty of space. Pools were great and it was a very short walk to the beach. Would love to come back and stay again.

Lots of room and a quick minute drive to great snorkeling.

We had a few issues with the condo, such as an unmaid bed and no working wifi, but both were addressed quickly. Though no wifi for 3 days was a bit of an inconvenience. The condo itself was large and roomy and had a fairly well-stocked kitchen as far as rentals go. The corners of the unit looked like they could have used a good clean, but overall it was great for our needs. We liked the location...a 10 minute walk to the Wailea Mall, easy access to the beach walk in front of the hotels, and a quick drive to some great beaches. My only wish would have been accessible green space for our 2 year old to play on. It was a tough place to leave...

The Perfect Place to Vacate with a Large Family.

The experience was incredible all around! The condominium was spacious, clean, very well equipped and had an incredible view. Alii Resorts was so helpful: suggested great restaurants, activities and even returned our snorkel gear the last day for us as we rushed out of town!


Nice grounds and clean. Geared for the older crowd, "no playing" sign posted at pool. Quiet unless the air conditions are on.

Inspiring and relaxing

Our 9 day stay at Wailea Grand Champion #180 was awesome! It was both inspiring and relaxing at the same time. The best thing I could say is...we wish we could stay a lifetime. Between going to the local beaches, exploring the backside of West Maui or playing golf, every day was so refreshing to the spirit and calming to the soul. My only sadness was knowing at some point we would have to leave. Of course, we all can't wait till we return again. In addition to having my spouse, my 3 sons, daughter-in-law and 18 month old granddaughter..., we also were able to show my mother-in-law the island of Maui for her first time. This is a memory I will never forget and am so glad we did. Thank you all for making a true lifetime moment happen. It shall never be forgotten Mahalo!

One of the best vacations we've ever taken

The gals at alii Resorts were knowledgable, friendly, informative and very helpful from the beginning stages of planning, straight through the time we were in Maui. We would love to return to the same condo again some time. It was quiet, beautiful and relaxing. Right next to the pool, too! We'd recommend anyone to stay there! Go for it! You'll agree it'll be one of the best vacations you've ever taken!
