It offers sweeping views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the dazzling Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for its romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching. Kihei Beach offers central air conditioning, oceanfront pool area, gas barbecues, laundry facilities and free parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais, complimentary high-speed internet service and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali’i Resorts.

We went to kihei for my husbands birthday. We stayed in kihei beach 506. Everything was wonderful and the condo was very clean. We loved the location. We were very happy being directly on the beach and loved sitting on the deck. The best part was we slept so good on that wonderful bed. I definitely would stay there again if we go back to Maui. Lovely place!

We loved our stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved the Tommy Bahama chairs and would pack them up with the cooler and go out for beach days. The patio was lovely! We enjoyed listening to the waves and sitting out there each morning for breakfast. The pool is really nice and the lawn chairs are great for sun tanning. We didn't spend too much time at the condo though, but instead explored around the other beaches. It is a nice central location to be in for seeing lots of different parts of the island. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic place!

From the moment we got there, it was fantastic! We arrived late, but everything was arranged so we could get into our unit with no problem. A little welcome basket awaited us, which was arranged by my dad as we were on our honeymoon, but the staff arranged it perfectly. The next day we got a call if everything was ok and if we had any questions. Very helpful staff! The place was great, very clean, bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular, how could it not be on the 5th floor! A very homy and cozy place. In a heart beat we would recommend this unit to anybody and we plan on going back soon.

Great Condo!

My wife and I just got back from Maui...and thanks to this condo, had the vacation of a lifetime! All the comforts of home. One of our favorite spots was just several feet away, on the lanai'. What a view!!! Kihei is central to everything Maui and easy to access. 506 is very well appointed...looks like the nicest unit in the complex. Already talking about our return trip, and this unit will be our #1 choice for staying. Thank you Donald family for providing such a beautiful home away from home!

Awesome view

The location of the condo was awesome ,we walked the beach every morning and watched the sunset every evening it was wonderful. I would go back tomorrow if I could and have recommended it to others already. The unit we stayed in was cute but needs some updating . There was no exhaust fans in the bathrooms which made it very damp when showering. The bed in the master was terrible and the pull out not comfortable at all. I reserved another unit here for a friend and his condo was far better . I will stay at Kihei beach again but not in this unit. The wi-fi did not work all the time but the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We loved the location

Can't beat the view!

Our condo was beautifully decorated and had the comforts of home, but the main reason to book here is the view! We watched the sunset from our lanai almost every night. The location is convenient and the owners are very friendly. Our only annoyance was the constant construction during our stay, which while necessary did drown out ht sound of the ocean 🙁 I will definitely stay here again!! I also loved that it is small, so we never had screaming children at the pool or had to wait for chairs to lounge in!

Everything that I needed and hoped for in my condo stay in Maui

506 at KBR was exactly what I was looking for. It had all of the items that I needed, or would have wanted in the unit. It had a great view (right on the beach) and it was clean, functional, and had all the amenities of home. The location and access to Maui (Wailea, Lahaina, etc.) made it ideal for the exploring of the entie island that I was looking for. I was kept well informed during the entire reservation and rental process by the ali'l Resorts staff and was very pleased with the personal level of service that I received. Thanks for a great holiday!

The condo was great and had a good location. I was very disapointed in the beach. The water was brown and not very enticing. I din't swim there at all.

Best Place to Stay in Maui

Kihei beach resort is a very quiet, scenic place to stay while on vacation. They provided pretymuch everything in the condo. beach towels, beach chaiirs, coolers...what ever u need for a beach vacation was available. Vews are breathtaking. Very good service. Management staff is very courtious and helpful. This will be the place where i'll stay if i visit maui again.

Our fourth year back - must be good!!!

We would love to have a TV in our Bedroom, and have asked for this, or be switched to another well equipped and renovated unit. The other thing that is really bothersome to us is the fact that the Bar B Que is next to the garbage cans, and not always clean, or has a homeless individual using it. We think there is ample room at the pool where not many people spend a lot of time - at least when we are there i it would be a nice gathering place for Sunset. We were very pleased that when I approached alii about the fact that there were many vacationers spending 2 weeks compared to our 7 weeks, were paying a lot less than us. Alii did in fact listen and reduced our rate accordingly. It will be interesting to see what happens with rates this year - there have been specials all year.

Peaceful

This was our first trip to Maui. We went specifically to see the Hump Back Whales... We were blown away by the aloha spirit we felt when we first arrived at Kihei Beach...Everyone was so kind and helpful. The condo was clean and beautiful. Awesome views and great location!!! We even saw HumpBack from outr lanai. We will be back. Thanks again for making our first time to Maui so memorable

sunset delight

no hassle, luxurious accommodations. leasing company was easy to work with and very professional in demeanor and service. this west facing unit on the beach in kihei provided a spectacular sunset every evening.

506 is well appointed but could use some better lanai furniture and the TV is getting old

Amazingly Wonderful!!!

We loved our stay at the Kihei Beach Resorts. It was nice to be able to view which room your were staying in before you got there. The view was absolutely breath taking. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We reserved our room from alii Resorts.com and they gave us the best price possible. I will be booking our next reservation through them. It was the most amazing vacation ever. We also went on trip advisor for the best Luau and for almost everything we did. The trip was great. You won't be disappointed. 🙂

  • Confirmed reservations will receive a letter of confirmation with a reservation number.
  • All units are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • All rates are subject to 13.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax and are based on Standard Occupancy.
  • A 3-night deposit is required at time of booking. (Check deposits within 7 days of booking. All payments must be in US Dollars.)
  • Guest is responsible for the effects of changes in exchange rate and all fees. Refunds will not be issued due to exchange rate changes.
  • Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights).  Your final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the appropriate due date unless auto-charge is declined.
  • All reservations are subject to a Guest Service Fee which includes WiFi (when available), parking, local phone calls, applicable property fees and applicable cleaning costs.
  • Applicable cleaning fees will be added for stays less than 5 nights.
  • An Early Check In or Late Check-Out may be available at 50% of non-discounted daily rate.
  • Christmas/New Year’s reservations are not subject to normal discounts and minimum nights are required based on unit size. A 10 night minimum is required on 1 bedroom units and a 14 night minimum is required on 2 and 3 bedroom units.
  • Long-Stay Reservations: Any stay 28 nights or longer requires a deposit equaled to 25% of the total value of the reservation. Final prepayment is due 120 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New Year’s, 120+ days for Long-Stay). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights) or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.
  • Approved refunds will be remitted via check only and mailed to t he address on file.
  • Standard Occupancy is the base number of persons allowed per dwelling unit based on standard bedding and restrictions. 1-Bedroom (2 people), 2-Bedroom (4 people), 3-Bedroom (6 people). Additional person(s) charge of $20 plus tax per person per night above standard occupancy using standard bedding to a maximum occupancy of: 1-Bedroom (4 people), 2-Bedroom (6 people), and 3-Bedroom (8 people). Children 12 and under are free (extra person fee does not apply), but are counted towards maximum occupancy.
  • Accidental Property Damage Waiver: Accidental Property Damage Waiver affords protection to guests for accidental breakage or damage to the individual rental home up to a maximum of $1000. Damage must be reported by the guest to the Ali’i Resorts office prior to departure. Damage not reported by guests will not be covered by Accidental Property Damage Waiver and the guest will be responsible for any damages incurred. Cost is $40 + tax and is non-refundable. This waiver protection is added to the rent unless guest opt-out/decline protection in writing on Rental Agreement. If you choose to deny the damage waiver, you will be charged a refundable $400 cash security deposit.
  • Guest is responsible for all phone charges exceeding local standard service.
  • All guests are required to complete the registration form within 24 hours of arrival with Ali’i Resorts and, if required, register with the property. Failure to complete the registration form may result in immediate eviction.
  • All guests are required to abide by the Rules of the vacation rental property.
  • Owner and /or Ali’i Resorts and /or hired vendors of Owner/Alii Resorts may enter property with 24-hour notice to tenants occupying unit (except during scheduled cleanings and emergencies) to perform necessary repairs or maintenance, inspect unit or show unit, if necessary.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC reserves the right to change your condominium accommodation due to repairs, condo owner use and acts of God. If this should happen, Ali’i Resorts, LLC will make efforts to provide you with another condominium of equal or greater value at the same rate you were paying, or refund the difference for a lower rate condominium, or allow cancellation of your reservation without a cancellation penalty.
  • Guests and other parties involved with the reservation, including but not limited to, travel agents or online travel agents, hereby agree to verify all reservation details including, but not limited to, the accuracy of the rate, applicable fees, condominium complex, and condominium unit number specified in the reservation confirmation.  Ali’i Resorts is not responsible for any third party’s failure to display or provide current photos of the property.  The most current photos are located at www.AliiResorts.com
