Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua Village is a gated air-conditioned property that includes two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, beachfront pavilion with barbeques, putting green, paddle tennis court and free private parking. The spacious interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local and long distance phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali’i Resorts. Housekeeping services are included at this resort property. Guests will receive a clean and exchange of all amenities and linens on every 3rd day. Housekeeping services can happen from 8:30am-4:30pm. All days in between are towel drop.


A Note from the Owner:  Wailea Elua Village #1305 boasts 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom) and a prime oceanfront ground floor location just steps from the white sands of Ulua Beach. The master bedroom looks down over the living room providing a private yet open feeling. You can enjoy your morning coffee and evening sunsets on the front lanai while the back lanai is ideal for serene alfresco dining.  The upstairs lanai offers elevated views of the islands of Molokini and Kahoolawe. Granite counter tops and new appliances put the finishing touches on the spacious kitchen. High-speed internet comes complimentary with your vacation rental.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Elua Village 1305. The proximity to the beach was outstanding as was the sunsets each and every night. Three beds and baths with 6 people make life very comfortable. The unit could use some updates such as a new dishwasher, but all in all things were good. The only complaints I had were we rented the unit assuming twin beds in rooms 2 and 3 and one had a queen which put a person on a roll away and the over powering security. The security was over the top in that it literally pursued people. A father and 5 year old playing catch with a nerf were told not to as were several others. When I questioned them I was told they "pursue" this conduct. Why have a nice grass area if people get kicked off. Sorry but Al and co need to hang lose on things. All in all a very nice place.

Fantastic!!!

We stayed in #1305 and it was amazing!!! Fantastic location with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It's a two story 3 bedroom unit with each room having it's own bathroom. It was immaculate and perfect for us. We loved our place, the premises and the proximity to everything!

I found the unit pretty much as expected except the master bedroom with no water view, but the location of the unit trumps all other factors. Elua village is a wonderful development and the location of 1305 made the experience unforgettable. The unit needs some updating and really cries for a better TV in the living room. The service provided by ali'i could not have been much better. I dealt mostly with Ili ahi. She was terrific and is a great face for ali'i. If I am fortunate enough to return, I will first try to use ali'i for my accommodations. Thank you for helping to make my vacation one of the best ever.

Second trip - wonderful

Exactly what we hoped for. One minor annoyance was construction at an adjacent hotel site,but we were far enough away for it to be minor.

Amazing location, beautiful condo.

This condo is situated close to the beach and within walking distance of all the big hotels/restaurants/shops etc. It is beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for a family of 6. The swimming pools at Elua Village aren't great compared to the hotels in this area, but the main attraction here is the beach - which is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the sunset each night from our Lanai. We rented through a'li Resorts and they were fantastic. Check in was easy, we had daily housekeeping and free concierge service. They were very attentive -- when we needed more propane for the BBQ grill, they had it delivered within a couple of hours.

We have been staying at 1305 for 11 years and enjoy every minute of it. We love everything about the place and hope to continue visiting.

Location of unit was perfect for our family. Ali'i resorts was most professional and ate ery turn met or exceeded our expectations. It is a well run organization.

We've stayed in this property a few times. It is always just what the Dr ordered with respect to quiet and relaxation. We'll be back. The managers-Alii-are great and jump all over any requests or concerns.

Beautiful Condo, excellent setting, gorgeous sunsets and views. Highly recommend. Fantastic vacation, can't wait to return. Beautifully decorated and great location.

Family vacation on Maui

It has been over one year since we stayed here and I did a review immediately upon our return. All of the appliances in this unit needed to be replaced. There are many better units at Elua, but when we travel with 5 people, this is the only one big enough to accommodate us. The staff at alii are very friendly and helpful. The beach towels could use an upgrade and some nice beach chairs would be nice. The cleaning staff is not too thorough, although some are much better than others. In general the patio area is never cleaned. The tables and chairs should be wiped down daily.

Very pleased with new appliances and knives. (previously we brought our own carving knife)..Kitchen could stand some 12" tongs. We borrowed from adjacent unit. Suggest you check the mattress in downstairs bedroom. Person who slept there found it rather lumpy. Owners keep furnishings up to date every year. We will be back again next year.
  • Check-in time is 3:00pm / Check-out time is 11:00am.
  • Confirmed reservations will receive a letter of confirmation with a reservation number.
  • All units are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • All rates are subject to 13.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax and are based on Standard Occupancy.
  • A 3-night deposit is required at time of booking. (Check deposits within 7 days of booking. All payments must be in US Dollars.)
  • Guest is responsible for the effects of changes in exchange rate and all fees. Refunds will not be issued due to exchange rate changes.
  • Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year’s bookings). Your final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the appropriate due date unless auto-charge is declined.
  • All reservations are subject to a $30 booking fee and property fees, if applicable. The Kihei Beach booking fee is $55, the Wailea Elua booking fee is $134.17 and the Makena Surf booking fee is $80.
  • A cleaning fee will be added for stays less than 5 nights. The Sugar Beach resort charges a one-time cleaning fee regardless the length of stay.
  • A ½ day charge of regular priced rent is required to guarantee a Late Check-Out.
  • Christmas/New Year’s reservations are not subject to normal discounts and minimum nights are required based on unit size. A 10 night minimum is required on 1 bedroom units and a 14 night minimum is required on 2 and 3 bedroom units.
  • Long-Stay Reservations: Any stay 28 nights or longer will require a deposit equaled to 25% of the total value of the reservation. Final prepayment will be due 120 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New Year’s, 120+ days for Long-Stay). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.
  • Approved refunds will be remitted via check only.
  • Standard Occupancy is the base number of persons allowed per dwelling unit based on standard bedding and restrictions. 1-Bedroom (2 people), 2-Bedroom (4 people), 3-Bedroom (6 people). Additional person(s) charge of $20 plus tax per person per night above standard occupancy using standard bedding to a maximum occupancy of: 1-Bedroom (4 people), 2-Bedroom (6 people), and 3-Bedroom (8 people). Children 12 and under are free, but are counted towards maximum occupancy.
  • Accidental Property Damage Waiver: Accidental Property Damage Waiver affords protection to guests for accidental breakage or damage to the individual rental home up to a maximum of $1000. Damage must be reported by the guest to the Ali’i Resorts office prior to departure. Damage not reported by guests will not be covered by Accidental Property Damage Waiver and the guest will be responsible for any damages incurred. Cost is $40 + tax and is non-refundable. This waiver protection is added to the rent unless guest opt-out/decline protection in writing on Rental Agreement. If you choose to deny the damage waiver, you will be charged a refundable $400 cash security deposit.
  • Guest is responsible for all phone charges exceeding local standard service.
  • All guests are required to complete the registration form within 24 hours of arrival with Alii Resorts and, if required, with the property. Failure to complete the registration form may result in immediate eviction.
  • Owner and /or Ali’i Resorts and /or hired vendors of Owner/Alii Resorts may enter property with 24-hour notice to tenants occupying unit (except during scheduled cleanings and emergencies) to perform necessary repairs or maintenance, inspect unit or show unit to prospective tenants.
  • Ali’i Resorts, LLC reserves the right to change your condominium accommodation due to repairs, condo owner use and acts of God. If this should happen, Ali’i Resorts, LLC will make efforts to provide you with another condominium of equal or greater value at the same rate you were paying, or refund the difference for a lower rate condominium, or allow you to cancel your reservation without incurring a cancellation penalty.
  • Guests and other parties involved with the reservation, including but not limited to, travel agents or online travel agents, hereby agree to verify all reservation details including, but not limited to, the accuracy of the rate, applicable fees, condominium complex, and condominium unit number specified in the reservation confirmation.
  • Alii Resorts is not responsible for the retrieval and return of lost and found items.
