| Wailea Point is a approximately 30 acre property that boasts world renowned design, meticulously manicured tropical landscape, and expert craftsmanship. Wailea Point is an oceanfront gated community nestled between the two world-class beaches of Wailea Beach and Polo Beach. This luxurious resort requires a 30 night minimum stay and provides central air-conditioning, two swimming pools, 2 whirlpools, fitness center, barbeques, and access to Wailea's oceanfront walking path and free private parking. The spacious interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali'i Resorts. | • Check-In time after 3:00 p.m. / Check-Out time before 11:00 a.m.
• All rates are subject to 12.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax & based on Standard Occupancy. • All reservations are subject to a $30 booking fee and additional property fees. • A $5,000 deposit is required at time of booking. •$5,000 refundable security deposit is also required at the time of final payment. The security deposit(less deductions, if necessary) will be returned to the guest with a written explanation of any deductions, within 14 days after departure provided all unit bills have been recieved by Ali'i Resorts (phone, electric). Deductions may include but are not limited to: replacement for lost keys, damage beyond normal wear and tear, and missing or damaged property. • Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival (120 days for Christmas/New Years bookings). • 30 Night Minimum at Wailea Point. Additional days will be prorated. A ½ day charge is required to guarantee a Late Check-Out. • Cancellation Policy: The security deposit of $5,000 will be forfited for cancellations recieved 60 days prior to arrival and $2,500 will be forfited for cancellations received 120 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full. • Guest is responsible for the effects of changes in exhange rate. Refunds will not be issued due to exchange rate changes. • All rates are subject to change. • Guest is responsible for all phone charges exceeding local standard service. • ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING & PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. • Owner and /or Ali'i Resorts and /or hired vendors of Owner/Alii Resorts may enter property with 24-hours notice to tenants occupying unit (except during scheduled cleanings and emergencies) to perform necessary repairs or maintenance, inspect unit or show unit to prospective tenants. |
