If you’ve come all this way make sure you treat yourself to one of Maui’s famous Luaus, like the Te Au Moana at the Wailea Marriott. There is no shortage to choose from wherever you are staying on the island. The backdrop alone is well worth the show.

When was the last time you took a dip and were able to swim next to one of the most protected sea creatures in Hawaii. Maui’s Honu (sea turtle) can be seen from prolific snorkeling areas and we highly recommend the Kayak Olowalu excursion or booking a boat trip to catch a swim with our beloved honus.  Just remember to observe with your eyes and don’t touch!

Indulgence deserves to be a part of your vacation plan and what better way to do this than trying Maui’s favorite Shave Ice. We recommend Ululani’s Shave Ice, which has three locations throughout Maui. How can you resist the Haleakala made with coconut milk, leche and topped with sweetened condensed milk. It’s a must do!

Vacationing in Maui wouldn’t be the same without hitting Coconut’s Café for one of the most popular fresh fish tacos on the island.
